0 Star : My Experience Was told repairs would take 6 days in the worst case scenario. Instead the repairs took 21 days. I would call the body shop estimator 3 to 4 times per day. He wouldn’t answer the phone or return my calls until I called the general manager. Just plain disrespectful to not answer or return my calls. Even if the news was bad, there’s no excuse not to return every call.
