If there were ZERO stars I would. I have a F-150 Lightning Platinum. The app stated I need maintenance. Scheduled an appt for 9a. Dropped the truck off at 8:15 and was bounced around between the two counters, each counter saying i needed to be at the other counter. They kept asking me what maintenance needed to be performed. Went to look at a vehicle on Saturday. Spoke to Jeremy and at first he was pleasant but when we looked at the car I was speaking to my husband just about my concerns about size,functionality for our family Jeremy proceeded to tell us if I didn't like the vehicle that there was no point wasting his time or ours.
