Had a great experience at their Quick Lane service for an oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection for my Navigator. I had an appointment and they started on my car soon after my arrival. I was pleased that they also took care of an outstanding re-programming recall while they had it. One nice feature is that they provided me with a video of the multi-point inspection with the technician walking me through the checklist and showing everything he was looking at. There was a recall on my car, and I called here hoping to schedule an appointment. I was transferred to someone, and it went to voicemail, so I left a message. I thought it was strange that I couldn’t just make an appointment, so I tried to call back and talk to the operator who was a bit rude - I told her I was confused because I was just trying to make an appointment, and she replied in a very sassy tone “if you were transferred, then it’s the right person” then hung up on me. They would get more stars if I actually had my vehicle. The salesman Travis Palu was amazing. Super nice and down to earth, if I had my vehicle, they would have 5 stars because of him and my finance guy. The whole team of people were so good my my 2 year old son (who is very wild), for that I am thankful. But why they put a vehicle on their website that isn't ready I don't know.
