First time I shop at Mac Haik and I really loved it. Different from all the other dealerships where the salesmen are super pushy and shady. Met the manager (forgot his name) and was super nice. Finance manager as well. Troy (salesman) was incredible too and I truly loved the no dealership add ons. Almost every other dealership tacks on thousands of dollars on made up stuff and Mac Haik didnt. Thats what made me go with you guys. Would buy here again. Thanks
I had to take my 2020 F150 to the dealership in Georgetown three times in a month for repair to the transmission. After the initial repair visit I found a leak at the front seal. After returning the vehicle to the dealership I discovered another leak at the rear seal. Service advisor Mark Stepp was outstanding. His communication to me, and relaying information was awesome. This rating would be a 5 except for sloppy service. Now that my 5 year warranty has lapsed I have a concern about future transmission repairs.
