I will say I am behind on writing a review. That being said, I have to give this dealership a 5 star review. I bring not only my company car but I also bring my personal truck to this shop to get work done. From the start I've delt with Mark Stepp in their service department and I can't say enough about his help, trustworthiness, and communication through every job I've done with him. They’ll say anything to get you to the table and ready to sign even say yes to a question 10 times only to come back with a “well my finance guy says this” Bought a car that two months later needed timing belt replaced and catalytic converter changed and has transmission issues. Even when I did bring the car in within their very limited warranty they acted inconvenienced when I said something is wrong but I’m not sure what it is and they obviously didn’t do a proper diagnostic. I'm not one to leave reviews but this one definetly deserves one! I went to Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown to inquire about an F-150. I did my research and found that Johnny Bennerson was the person I was to talk to. After speaking with Johnny Bennerson, I walked away with a F-150 King Ranch.
