I had my 2018 ford Explorer in for service, about a month ago. My service Rep; was Tim Hairston, we hit it off right off the get-go. He made sure that all my needs were meet, and made sure before Mac Haik did any service on my vehicle I was informed. I was very appreciative of that as my wife and I were on a fixed income. Because overseas tariffs and such it took a little longer to get parts, so they had my vehicle for almost a month. Terrible service. I was a sales and finance manager for 7 years and never operated this way. They keep you in the grey until they run you to 20 different banks then they tell you the issue is because the bank doesnt view the value of the performance package the vehicle has. You knew that before you ever tried with any bank. Say that, be up front. Stay away from James Wilson. 0 professionalism, typical take it or leave it attitude.
I had a wonderful time at Mac Haik Ford! I worked with Troy and he was fabulous. He was very informed and willing to work with us. We had just come in to look and ended up leaving with a new car!! I highly recommend checking out Mac Haik Ford.
