Lastweek I requested information on Facebook for the sale they were having here and they were timely responsive, but when my husband went up there we spoke to Mark Rubio and he was good up until it was time for us to decide on a car, we didn’t have good credit so we had to have a co-signer, Mark told us from the beginning of the idea of a co-signer he’d take the contract to whoever that signed since they were a bit of a Druve for all of us. Great staff in the section where you go to get oil changed but the service center area needs to get off their cell phones, look up and greet the customer. They don’t greet nor speak unless I the customer does. There not rude, but very dry!! Vehicle Repair i rate it a one out of five . Have had to take my vehicle in for the same issue 3 or 4 times and each time they assure me they fixed the problem. NOT!!! Honestly the worst experience at a dealership I’ve ever had, showed up and the staff acted as if they didn’t want to work with me, I could hear an employee revving my car and hot ridding it around the lot, doing there “appraisal”. I was there for a total of 20 min before I asked for my keys back and left. I’ll never go to another Mack Haik again. Straight trash.
these people could not tell the truth to save their lives do not pay any attention to the online price they cannot be trusted

Typical dealership bait and switch online price advertisement here. Don’t believe their sale prices online. I was in there yesterday looking at a couple trucks. They’re offer was to sell it at their so called invoice price with no rebates or discounts on it really. Yeah no thanks I’ll go get a truck at a volume dealership for a better price. Also one of the trucks I was interested in was so low on fuel it wouldn’t even stay running so couldn’t even test drive that one. They seemed very deceptive with prices and the numbers s... read more
