They have been acquired by CSC ServiceWorks, which is the worst. This company is such a rip-off, but they know people have no other choice but to use their machines. They couldn’t care less about the people who actually use the machines. Their customer is the landlord, to whom they pay to take over laundry services. I bought from them in the past when i could talk to a human. not going to buy from them again. 1 star is to good a rating.

We have three Mac Gray washers and three dryers. Two of the three washers have been broken for two years. Mac Gray has refused to fix them and when called they don't answer the phone or respond to messages. Worst company ever.
