I came with a friend and the first thing I noticed was how filthy the place is. There were several leaks in the ceiling, the floors and equipment are down right disgusting and don't even ask about the men's locker room. Second impression was the multitude of broken and outdated machines on the floor. The condition of the parking lot was horrendous - in my opinion, a law suit waiting to happen (flooding and ice everywhere where one would walk !).
