I'm a new patient and have had 2 visits so far - both have been very satisfying. The staff is super friendly and professional and they seem to have all the latest technology. ...nothing spared at this office as far as I can tell. Dr. Carr was thorough and super friendly. For the first time, I feel like I have a long term dental plan rather than just a snapshot visit for dental care.
I have been going to Dr. Carr for several years and always her patients come first. Her staff is top notched and the patients comfort is very important to her. I would highly recommend her to anyone who enjoys a being in a positive atmosphere when having any dental work done.
The visit was great, all any patient would desire in a visit to the dentist.
The dentist office is beautiful. The staff are exceptional and explain everything very well. Happy we made the switch. Waiting area needs better child accomodations (toys, maybe iPads mounted to stands with only educational games and 10 minute time limits. Just an idea. But overall very happy!
Dr. Martha Carr and her staff provided me with excellent customer service. Additionally, Ms. Valerie was very professional and knowledgeable in giving me more insight about dental care and cleaning, as to how I could improve on these matters in the future. I greatly appreciate both Dr. Carr's and Ms. Valerie's knowledge about how to read my X-rays. Also Mr. Jeff and Ms. Cecilia provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions involving costs for procedures and appointment scheduling.
