I wont be using mac makeup for sure anymore, Today was a rude and horrible experience I asked the girl if I could get an appointment for eyelashes only and she gave me all kinds of excuses instead of being nice about it and that there's short staff and that they won't be able to help me at all which it takes 10 minutes to do, I purchase majority of my makeup there but not anymore
Oops I did it again! I was just here last week. Nisa hooked me up! She pulled out the Prep + Prime, and Studio Fix Fluid Broad Spectrum SPF 15, 24 hr Matte Foundation + Oil Control and had my skin looking flawless! Next I grabbed natural eyelashes. Came in with my child and sister to look around and get color swapped. The employee belittle us with her looks. DISCRIMINATION at its finest. Employee was totally judging based on how we were dressed. Having make up brushes doesn't make you any better. Being in a profession that serves people, y'all should double check your attitude before clocking in.
Customer service sucked and pretty rude staff it was NOT busy just one customer service
