This was my first time at this MAC Cosmetics and I’m pleasantly happy with my experience. I visited for the Find Your Studio Shade Match Event and was helped by an employee who let me know that MAC Cosmetics also hosts free beauty and makeup classes for those who are interested, so I gave her my info. After many years getting my Make Up done professionally I was scared since I can be very picky, but Veronica did an awesome job. My mother and I left super pleased and happy.
I had an uncomfortable experience with a MAC representative, Veronica. I felt pressured to buy, and when I mentioned I wanted to wait or order online, she mentioned why you buy online when I’m doing work for you and her attitude changed . she gave off rude vibes. It made me feel unwelcome, and had to buy something under pressure honestly, I might not return to this store. The customer service was disappointing.
I came into this Mac store and I’m just so grateful for Lizzy. She assisted me with choose samples and help me make decisions. Shout out to her FRFR
