I just posted this location. Ricky or richey was so rude to me. I walked in with the intent to purchase but after I let him know my suitcase was in the way and to help me roll it over to me he said "honey that's weird" instead of sharing the store policy which is that Mac employees cannot touch shoppers personal belongings/stuff like the other associate did.

An employee didn’t even know there was C40 in store. I kept telling her there is a C40 in studio fix and she said it’s only in powder. I had to ask another employee and that woman with awful unblended eyeshadow kept saying it’s not ideal to mix two foundations and on on about how she was a makeup artist for 20 years! I mentioned how there’s still olive in my sisters skin tone and I wanted her to try to mix nc30 and C40 to see a difference. Diana brought my eyes back to life!! Lash application and brows were on point!! This was for a special occasion and she provided special attention to details!! Appreciated especially the fact that we were visiting from another state! Thank you exceptionally customer service
