I visited on a weekend when the store was packed and TBH, most of the employees were ignoring people who walked in because they were short-staffed. Shoutout to Stephanie who was the only employee to take the time to acknowledge me, explain the situation, and assure me that she’d help me shortly…which she did. My wife came in to get my makeup done today. I won’t mention the girls name who did her make up. She was nice but unfortunately she couldn’t give my wife more than 50% of her attention. She came in for a 45 minute appointment and she was interrupted every five minutes. The make up artist had to attend every customer that walked through the door. Had a photoshoot so I booked a glam session and I am so glad Leana was able to bring my vision to reality every step of the way she explained to me what she was doing, color matched me from foundation to bronzer to blush, and all throughout was extremely patient with me!
