I have never left a review in my life, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at MAC. I had a scheduled makeup appointment in preparation for an important modeling portfolio shoot in LA. I was looking forward to a stress-free, professional application. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. They have the item I want but the girl working there was rude from the start! I ask her for what I need, she took a peak in the drawer (announcing they might not have it before even checking) finds 2! Then says they’re “testers” and can’t sell them to me, so I proceed to tell her I have a wedding coming up and I really need it! Can you please sell me a tester? She closes the drawer and says no! Never going back there!!!
We were able to get same day appointments to get our both mine and my moms makeup done for a special event. Paris and Priscilla did our makeup and we were both very happy with how things turned out. They listened to how we liked our makeup and really made sure we liked it before leaving. We will certainly be coming back for future events!
I love going to this store! The Staff is so Friendly.
