I went to the MAC store to buy Christmas gifts and waited around 30 minutes without anyone helping me or even acknowledging me. I have never left a review in my life, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at MAC. I had a scheduled makeup appointment in preparation for an important modeling portfolio shoot in LA. I was looking forward to a stress-free, professional application. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. They have the item I want but the girl working there was rude from the start! I ask her for what I need, she took a peak in the drawer (announcing they might not have it before even checking) finds 2! Then says they’re “testers” and can’t sell them to me, so I proceed to tell her I have a wedding coming up and I really need it! Can you please sell me a tester? She closes the drawer and says no! Never going back there!!!
