Worst costumer service ever. First the lady tending the counter was more interested in chatting with an old flame of hers than giving me attention. After a 10 minute wait I got service and got my products which I buy frequently. Following it took her over 20 minutes to check me out while calling my bank to corroborate my check for 40 Dollars was OK. I asked if this was a Mack cosmetics policy to which she replied it was a Dillard's policy. A big and fat lie on her part, since I went and bought more items at the Dillard's lin... read more
