I LOVE this store. Staff are always happy to help me find what I need (especially Eduardo and Paige) and the store itself is always clean and tidy. This year I finally hit Gold status because of my experiences at this location.
I had such a wonderful experience at Mac thanks to Clove (apologies i dont remember the name of the person, but they had green hair♥️)She took the time to really listen to my needs and helped me find the right products that work perfectly for me. I truly appreciated her patience and expertise.Amazing customer service—I left feeling very happy and well taken care of!
Eduardo is the best person ever if i could i would rate more than 5 stars !!! Not only Eduardo helped me to find the right products but also taught me the basics i would definitely recommend Eduardo to everyone. Eduardo got the perfect skills along with best customer service and great sense of humour.
Absolutely amazing service! Eduardo was incredibly helpful and aided me in finding the perfect concealer and lipstick! Ed was super kind and very knowledgeable, and made the whole experience very fun :) I left the store feeling fulfilled not only with what I purchased, but also on a social level.
