Super nice employees!
This is one of my favorite MAC stores in Toronto. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I accidentally ordered the wrong item online, and after picking it up, I realized it wasn't what I needed. I called the store, and they told me I could exchange it for the correct product. The process took less than five minutes. Megan did an amazing job—thank you so much for your help!"
Today I visited a MAC store and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the customer service I received. From the moment I entered the store and one of the older employees heard my accent, she appeared unwilling to assist me. I explained that I believed the powder and foundation I had purchased were too dark for my complexion.
