Today I visited a MAC store and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the customer service I received. From the moment I entered the store and one of the older employees heard my accent, she appeared unwilling to assist me. I explained that I believed the powder and foundation I had purchased were too dark for my complexion. I was there Dec 11th, the staff was not caring much. One girl was helping me to match my foundation, but in between she was working with other customers who was known people. Overall my experience on that day, they didn't care us depend on our age and appearance. Still I used to buy my products from that store only. Finally I bought a foundation and concealer. All customers are important.
