I haven’t been inside a MAC in years . Visiting Elpaso for the fist time , i decided to visit the mall and just happened to step into MAC. Best experience ever!!! Anyssa was amazing . So informative and really put me on to some amazing products! Happy to say I’m a MAC girly again !!
I went to return a foundation that was not my correct skin tome and David was so kind and helpful! He even gave me a sample and recommended a new concealer, so I will definitely will come back and look for him!. I had tried starting the return online and it was frustrating even after chatting with one of the representatives. I felt David went the extra mile to help me, and he even mentioned he likes his job very much, which I can tell! We need more people like him in our brick and mortar stores 🥰 Gracias, David!
Great and fantastic customer service I receive from the sales people. Love the new merchandise coming in. I do recommend this place to my friends.
