I had such a great experience at this location! I’ve never used foundation and I got the best advice and colour matching from Shyana. I was anxious about shopping for it but she made it so easy and approachable and lovely!
Extremely pathetic service! I was there to return an online order which i bought on sale not clearance but as per staff i could only do exchange. I didn't have to buy anything at same time hence I requested them to give me store credit if they can’t refund. They didn’t agree that was one issue but all the staff had such bad behaviour and they were all smirking looking at me as if I was asking for something free! The lady at the counter was very helpful in guiding me to the right products. I find the quality of Mac superior to some other brands, and appreciate this store.
