I've been using MAC cosmetics since the 1990s, and I still love the products. But what really sets them apart is the great service they offer at their counters - something I've noticed all over the country. Their online help is very much lacking, but if you call a store directly or go to a counter, they tend to go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I had booked a last minute make up session with Lucy the day of my birthday. I dont wear full face make up often but wanted to look nice for my dinner. After showing Lucy my birthday outfir, she was able to brung my vision to life with my make up. The store was getting busy and she was working solo was able to accommodate me and many other guests that came into the store during my session. She was very sweet and accommodating. I love all the ladies here! From the manager to the assistant manager! (Reem & Edith) every makeup artist takes time to know their customers! They are patient and very knowledgeable about MAC products! I recently had Jade do my makeup because Edith wasn’t available she did absolutely amazing! Anyone at the store will take care of you!
