I’ve been here many times before, but this experience was on another level—thanks to Reem Ramadan! She completely understood what I was looking for and matched me perfectly. Didn’t know MAC started back doing makeup appointments, I’m so glad I checked. I needed someone I could trust to do my makeup and I know MAC deliver the best. I took the risk because I didn’t know who would do my makeup, a young man came out and I started to get nervous. I didn’t expect him to slay my BRANDING PHOTOSHOOT MAKEUP like that … Derrick was amazing and I’m so grateful he did my makeup..

Today I went in to find the perfect nude lipstick and Reem the store manager was so helpful! She gave me so many recommendations and I was able to narrow down to two of them. Not only did she help me with a lipstick she also helped me with a shade match too. I’m not a frequent shopper BUT because of Reem’s customer service, I will be back more often!
