Absolutely loved interacting with everyone there, everyone was so helpful and welcoming especially for a beginner like me. Specifically Adrienne, (maybe Adriana the music was loud so I couldn’t hear well) was so helpful and color matched my foundation perfectly on the first try!
I feel secure and pretty and like I don't have anything to hide so I don't wear makeup, but I do love colors, so one day I stopped by the empty 2nd floor MAC to buy lipstick. The woman who eventually showed up while I was browsing was one of those "10 obvious layers of makeup plus giant fake lashes" types you see on sites I don't use I guess, and she had the nasty attitude you would expect. I would like to give a raving review for Veronica! I came by to make a return and purchase a few more gifts for the holidays. Veronica was super friendly, helpful, caring, professional, knows how to build rapport/connect with the customer which made for a really nice shopping experience. I will definitely be stopping by again for more gift items and to say hello to Veronica. Kindness really goes a long way especially during the stressful holidays. Thank you!
