Horrible customer service. Every time I'm there they are not helpful at all or rude. Once I asked to help try on some eye shadows and the guy only did one eye, which I would prefer both seeing as how I'm out shopping and when I said I wasn't sure about the colors didn't offer to remove it or try other colors. Another time I bought mascara and they gave me waterproof on accident. When I brought back into exchange I had a hard time because I didn't have the receipt. Really bad customer service!!! The girls are really stuck up and rude. I was never greeted when I walked in , the girl ignored me when I needed help, she was too busy chatting with coworker, she charged me and didn't give me a bag!! SUPER RUDE

If you want a new look go and see Justin @ Caesars Forum M.A.C. Pro store.. I have shopped at ALL the M.A.C. Stores in Vegas and he is by far the BEST I've had do my make-up. Very Clean and Detailed work. You will LOVE what he does for you.
THIS STORE MANAGER IS THE BOMB DIGITTY!!! SHE TRULY HAS A PASSION FOR HER CUSTOMERS AND SHE'S PHENOMENAL. I HAD GONE IN THEIR TO PURCHASE BLUSH AND I WAS VERY SURPRISED ON HOW THIS LADY WAS ABLE TO PICK OUT THE EXACT COLOR THAT I WORE WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING, SHAWN BERRY YOU ARE AWESOME!!!! My cousin and I went to Mac to reup on our products that were low . 1 woman was at the redigester and the other 2 flat out walked away! We said (excuse me )twice and the acted like they did not hear us so we went to Lancome and they were very attentive and made the sale in the end ....
Today I was online looking for the phone nunber of new location in Altamonte Spring mall, under new management by Tony from "DAINTY NAILS ". I saw a couple of bad reviews and I thought to myself NO WAY! I Then I found out that these are bad revieww from the previous salon owners. I have been going to Tony for years. As far as department stores in New York go this one is up near the top. Granted it's not Barney's or Henri Bendell but to give yourself a little taste of luxury and escapism Bloomies is a great spot.
The prices are a little high, but the reps are very knowledgable and the atmosphere is fun.
