I cannot speak to the Realty arm of MacBauer but the Property Management branch is atrocious. The customer service is nonexistent and they do not do what they say. When you try to call your contact there you're told to "put it in the portal" nothing happens until you complain again. We have had water coming into our bedroom since the beginning of July.
