Worst customer service ever. Never will I do business with them again. My family saw how they acted and refuse to take a car to them now after how the fact. I’ll be pressing the city to not spend our tax dollars at this business on services done to city vehicles.
I went there a few months ago to get the cv axles and tie rod ends replaced on top of getting an alignment done... I had been experiencing a very bad shimmy in the front end.. Bad enough to where I could not get above 60 mph... I went to them yesterday (7/21/2012) and was told that my entire suspension would have to be replaced and that I would need new spindles and a new steering knuckle for the price of \$1971.21... I took it to a friend of mine only to find out that they left the tie rod ends loose as well as every single... read more
