They sold me a computer that will not run the software I need to run. I asked very specific questions and they lied to me. They told me I did not need to purchase apple care for one year because my computer came with it free for a year. This was a lie. I bought my computer on April 10, 2013. According to Apple the Apple Care expired 345 days ago. This also means that this computer was likely not new. If this would let me give less than one star I would.
