We were in Honolulu for 3 weeks from November to Dec and we walked to your restaurant almost every day for breakfast and dinner. Your staff always treated us with much aloha and friendliness and always recognized us everytime we stop by again and again. Loved that you can eat breakfast or dinner anytime of the day when the mood strikes. And the Pink Shuttle was very conviently located in front of your hotel, which we used when we needed a short shuttle ride back to our hotel on the lower end of Waikiki. Went last week and the service was great. Went this week and the service was horrible. The waitress kept calling the women at the table "lady". They missed our friend's order and gave him a fruit salad as an apology but it turned out they gave me his food so I had to wait. There was no apology or fruit salad given to me for the wait. One of our friends wanted to order something at the bar and it took over 10 minutes to get someone to help him. They did try by giving us pitchers of our soft drinks but the ice started to melt ... read more

The service was excellent and the food was delicious, I had the Mac Attack (think that was the name) along with a classic mimosa
