On July 8th, I called Mac Cosmetics to ask about an order and spoke to Scott @ approximately 3:53pm. I was running out of the pressed powder I normally use and realized I hadn't received my order. As soon as Scott answered I realized he could care less about my order. There wasn't even an attempt to show concern and I got the impression he just wanted to hurry up and end the call.
