Kennedy & MAC staff went out of their way to find my tried & true favorite Retro Matte shade—I was sure they were out but staff was determined & and did not give up until I was on my way with my beloved Bronx lipstick 🥰 So grateful for this kind staff going the extra mile!

Omg... Where should i even begin?? First off M.A.C. associates I Applaud your professionalism. Scheduling my appointment was very easy. When I arrived, they helped right away. And Emily oh my God Emily words can not express how beautiful my makeup is. She really listened to me on how I wanted to look, I showed her a picture and she understood the assignment. Stopped by on November 20th at 5:20pm , walked across two MAC associates that weren’t busy .. I recalled they were just chitchatting. Asked to get matched - if the two the blonde hair associate came to assist. She asked if I use cream powder or liquid. I told her liquid. She took a cosmetic wedge and found a foundation that she thought matched and smeared it on my chin. After having to ask for the shade color, she asked if there was anything she can help with.
