Longtime customer. Asked them to shop around for a better quote from other insurance companies after using an app that gave me multiple better prices. Employee emailed back saying everything else was more expensive and that was the best they could do. Progressive gave me identical auto coverage plus a renters policy for $500 less than what they offered. Better off doing it yourself.
