Please don’t rent here... omg I paid on time everytime and didn’t miss one payment. I think their racist against non Hispanics. I’m middle eastern and haven’t done anything yet. They randomly told me you need to leave... I know why they have these bad ratings. Please for the love of your kids if you have any. Don’t do it.
Its sad that even after nine years, ( reading a review from 9 years ago ), this company still has not changed! I get that you have rules however if the resident is asking questions and getting different answers someone is not being very honest. Also if I, the resident ask the on site manager something and she says, " No its fine", then the property manager should honor what was told to the resident..Also if you are not going to pay for damages caused to your residents property by bug infestations how can you expect any type ... read more
Slow and Awful maintenance in apartments. Dryer/Washer are always broken. Takes your whole security deposit away and does not give it back even if you finished your lease. Just leaves the old apartment as it is and charges it to the next tenant/s. DOES NOT TAKE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT AND THE APARTMENTS SERIOUSLY. Tip: Do not stay in 330 W 223rd St.
The worse management company Absolutely the most unprofessional company! As a former manager here they have the worse operations manager running this place MYNOR C. This guys is the most evil person you will ever encounter anyone trying to apply you better have a second plan in place you speak out a little your terminated. well i will not suggest for this place, the customer care is rude the managers who run the place are rude, maintainence time is quite high and if you follow up they will go bad as if u are asking a favor out of their job, you keep on waiting get frustrated and have to keep on calling and they are least bothered its just that if u dont find a place, stay for 1 month, find a place and move out as soon as u can, dont sign a lease else u are stuck. not sure if they make a big bill once you move out and your deposit is stuck.... ... read more
This company sucks! I wish I could give it negative stars. Management team is very rude and they never do anything when you put in a repair order. Very racist and discriminate against minorities and disabled people. Bugs all in apartment and rats outside by pool! The manager is the worse and very rude! Do not rent from these people ! Worse mistake I've ever made!
Horrible people. I wish I could give them zero stars. I rented an apartment from them 3 years ago, gave a $900 security deposit. The new owner took over about 1 1/2 year ago. I moved because the current owner is a slum lord, after moving the slum lord tells me Mabry Management never transfered the deposit over and to go through them for your money. Guess what! This sorry company tells me the money tranfered over in Escrow. So I ask them to send me a letter I'm told no. So that tells me they're liers and have my money. If not... read more
They are crooks and slum lords. They will not fix anything, they will keep your deposit no matter how good of condition you leave the property. They will not have your records, they will hang up on you and be rude. They will not mail you any bills, but they will put you in collections after a couple of months, even though they never send you a bill. They will See me in court. RENTER BEWARE, they are crooks.
