I know someone who lives here & these apartments are old & disgusting. Out dated, moldy (black mold), floors are rotted & I almost fell through it. My mother has called the office & told them & they do absolutely nothing about it. What a terrible place. What a terrible area. This place doesn't deserve 1 star. Run!!!!!

Wow! How things have changed for the worse here. After the last office staff turnover, I can't get anyone to answer the office phone. Several of my neighbors has voiced the same frustration. It's time to renew my lease and the letter says to call for an appointment. What a joke. I am hoping the new staff will make more of an effort to at least return messages. I've left 2 and haven't heard a word, it's been a week already. Funny how staff is very present when it's time to pay the rent.
