Slow draining tub and fire alarm out of wall. Taken care of in a couple of hours. Thank you.
Love living on this property. All the staff on property and then offers are absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend living on property to anyone of my friends who are 55+. Kim and Renee rocket as the office personnel running the property. Maintenance and grounds got people are absolutely phenomenal and friendly and are there when you need them on a scale of one through 10 I would give this property and 11. Same day service orders always complete.
Called Heather in am re: "cranky fridge" wouldn't cool fridge area during holiday. Maint tec Noah' disptatched to troubleshoot and get a plan for a working fridge. He returned a short time later with tools.."I'm going to fix this unit" I asked if i could help. "Sure" We talked about fine points of refridgeration as he was on a heat gun in the freezer area. The staff, management and maintenance, is committed to making sure this is a positive and clean environment inside and out. The grounds are meticulously kept up as well as the interior: floors, hallways, and other common areas.
