Great experience. I purchased a beautiful necklace online and messaged them to ask about care and whether I could wear it in the shower etc. The person who answered my text, Robin, was super-helpful and friendly, and answered all my questions. Great customer service and great products.
My friend and I are long time fans of Mable Chong on line and now we experienced getting to visit her store in person! Wow! Such a wide variety of jewelry styles. It was really a treat to get to see it all in person. I would like to say delicately, that for my taste, I would have enjoyed the visit more if we could have been given some space for my friend and I to shop uninterrupted.
