This company has been sold to Palmdale oil in ft myers. The management is as dumb as they come. Auto refills stopped after the company sold. I’m still waiting for the bill after 3 weeks. I called the new company but still no call back. Avoid at all cost.

Whoever answers the phone is very nice but the older man that came out to first check where the tank will go is very disrespectful! It started with a language issue which is understandable but and at the end of everything he said to just go with a different company???? For what reason? Claimed it was because of not having enough space to service? More than enough space by moving the truck that’s not an issue but apparently it was to him. And overall rude with an attitude.

Want horrible customer service, perhaps overpriced and occasionally random made up nefarious charges . Than this is the perfect company to call . Don’t hesitate call them today & be unhappy tomorrow.

Very poor customer service with the man to the left when u walk in. I brought it in Oct 23. I told them there was lots of air blowing out of the valve area. They said we will call when its ready. No call a week or so later so I stopped in. They said yes it is ready all certified. I asked what was wrong with it. They looked at me like I had 10 heads. I explained the situation again.
