0 stars if possible. Managers aren’t helpful at all when dealing with awful tenants. My partner had 0 support when her roommate got up & left without the lease without saying anything. Her roommate was allowed to be taken off the lease without ARREARS being paid that was caused by her. Maasara allowed her roommate to leave the lease without paying any fee’s.
