Excellent service, excellent follow-up and scheduling from a full staff of excellent people from Mark on down to Andy and Eric along with the painters, assemblers, washers and scrubbers. What a great group of people all in one place. I did recommend this group to my father and it was his Mercedes that this outstanding group repainted the bumpers (front and back). A year ago, they painted my 93 Toyota pick up and did an excellent job. Fabulous, excellent, reliable, personable, fair, honest----need I say more!!!

Car hit a light pole while turning ( yes I'm an idiot) Cracked my bumper cover and after turning to other body shops for repair my estimate was over 2000 That's nuts ! So went on line bought the new cover $300 and took it to maaco they were friendly good customer service and painted the part for $300 it matched the car perfectly and I'm having a friend put the part back on my car. Thanks Mac o you saved me a bunch
They made my 2000 Chrysler 300M look new again! Eric was straightforward and honest when covering the different levels of paint/body work services offered and what to expect from each one. Being on a tight budget and the car being pretty old, I didn't go for the top paint/body services, but the results were great with the paint job I chose. Eric is very professional and courteous. The 10213 NE Marx Street Portland, OR 97220 location of Maaco was so great! Because they knew I was on a tight budget, but had to rent a car while my car was in their shop being painted, they moved my paint job to the front of the line. Why? Because they didn't want me to have to spend money on a rental car for very many days. Isn't that nice?? I had my Corvette painted here, and am really pleased with the way it turned out. Joe & Andy helped me and did exactly what they said would do, everything was delivered as promised and on time. I would recommend this Maaco location to anyone who needs paint work done on their vehicle.
