Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Collison shop. I brought my new car in to get 1 tiny dent fixed and left with my dent fixed but my handle all scratched and messed up!! The manager admitted that it was their fault for now removing the handle or properly covering it before painted but would not compensate me in any way. I have used Maaco in Ferndale four times in the past few years. The first and second time I had no complaints. The work was good. The third time they gave it back and didn't secure my door handles. They left the screws out and and I had to take it back for them to repair. Just used them again last week and when picked up my car iit was covered in a white dust and there are scratches on my my back bumper that weren't there before (the work was on my front end).
