I've been in the customer service business my whole life and I will be the first to say that the service at Maaco Dartmouth Crossing is the worst I've had in my life... Went in to get my truck painted from bumper to bumper and was quoted $17,000.00 which I happily paid as I love my truck. After just 2 years both front fenders are rusting... Wade the Service Manager says they don't have x-ray vision that the quarter panels were apparently bad!!! Worst customer service experience ever! Pray you don't have a problem and have to go back. Dartmouth Maaco repaired and repainted the aluminum hood on my Mustang gt 4 years ago. The issue returned, and I contacted Maaco and dropped by the shop for Stephanie to have a look. We had a pleasant and cordial conversation, and both acknowledged the difficulties with aluminum hoods and corrosion. Twice I've had body panel repairs done here and both time the work was immaculate, you'd never know that there had been any damage. You get what you pay for and the estimates are very reasonable! Stephanie Smith was a great help and made the whole experience as painless as possible. Definitely would recommend
