I contacted Maaco for an estimate to repair my car’s inner fender. The supervisor I spoke with was friendly and helpful, and asked me to come by the next day. When I arrived, he had an employee repair the fender right away because he understood I needed to get back on the road quickly. The service was fast and efficient, and the repair has held up well with no issues since. I was very impressed by the prompt, professional customer service and will continue bringing my vehicle to Maaco. Thank you very much you guys for all yo... read more
Excellent experience! The two shops I visited before Maaco quoted me over 2k for scratches, Josh walked me through cheaper options and was able to squeeze me in the next week to do the work. Highly recommended
Josh is a miracle worker. He remembered my parents coming in with the car just by looking at it and got a giant scratch out perfectly. For a minor other issue he didn’t try to upsell me, just told me where to go to buy the cheapest possible glue to fix it myself but if I really wanted to replace it was more than happy to. Amazing service.
Solid service. My needs were met in a highly cost effective manner and they gave me options with reasonable quotes. I highly recommend this shop, they were professional and no nonsense.
Josh is s great to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He makes things right. Thank you Josh!
