I'll begin with parking- The parking is so horrible- good luck ever getting the office to rent you a parking spot. The whole year I lived there I saw numerous people move in and get parking spots, yet somehow every time I asked if a spot was available yet they would say no. So instead, I had to literally park almost a mile away from my apartment every single day, walk through several sprinklers (that were aimed at the sidewalks and parking lots), while my new neighbors always managed to get a covered spot.
