Broken and abandoned vehicles scattered everywhere. It's a nice apartment complex I've lived in for a couple of years and it's a quiet and peaceful for the most part. The biggest problem is the management and the over worked maintenance staff. Maintenance does the best they can to keep the place looking good and everything working but management as often is the case in apartments sits in the office and never goes out to look at what's happening in the apartments.
