If Could leave 0 stars i would. DO NOT EVEN THINK AB MOVING HERE. This place is a JOKE. Mind you this is MATTHEWS NC. You would expect at least some decency. But NO THIS PLACE SUCKS. Nothing WORKS. Literally. I moved in 2 months ago. A/C didn't work, Sink drains won’t drain. OUTLETs DONT WORK. They are looser than a hooker on sugar creek. The water feels so weird it smells too. There is Literally SOO MANY ROACHES. And not the small ones but HUGEEE freaking roaches. I kill one AT LEAST everyday because of the poor door seals ... read more

Roaches everywhere still haven't been fixed.
Managemenr shouldn’t be allowed to be in charge of people’s properties. She allowed me and my two young kids to move into an apartment that wasn’t cleaned and had a massive spider and roach infestation. The only positive reviews this company has comes down to tours with leasing office people. The bad reviews are from actual residents. When we moved in the appliances all had bugs (roaches and spiders). We had to wait three weeks for new appliances and for no proper way to store foods that required refrigeration.
