I love it here! The office staff and maintenance are great! One small issue with them coming in one time without notification but that was resolved. They have helped with maintenance quickly and sufficiently after so I do appreciate them. Facility and apartments are very clean also and area is quiet and close to everything.. Very glad I made the move here!

MAA Fifty-one is very much home to me. The staff is excellent, the maintenance crew quick to respond and efficient. The office staff is always helpful and friendly, making sure we are well cared for. The location is fantastic with easy access to major highways, shops nearby, and downtown Matthews an easy walk away. Uptown Charlotte is close by, yet we live in our own small town world here! MAA Fifty-One , I've been living in the complex for a couple of years, since I've been here there hasn't been any complaints. The maintenance guys are awesome Yuri, Oscar & Za is amazing. Karen, Megan & Debra is amazing STELLAR!! The property is well kept. If looking to rent I'll say MAA51 is the place.
The apartments are just the right size! Spectrum services provided are perfect! Property is well maintained! Several amenities such as pool and pickleball court were awesome! We enjoyed the atmosphere and our time while we lived here! Very close to shops in Matthews and just a few minutes from Charlotte!
