Everything about this place was bad. Our apartment we are mess when we moved in glitter was on and in all the cablnets bathroom and kitchen. The front door had no weather stripping so the place was freezing in the winter. there was a place in the carpet that was worn down so much it was forming a hole. All the above things where mentioned to the person we where doing the walk though and documented we where told they would be fixed.... They never where. MAA Fifty-one is very much home to me. The staff is excellent, the maintenance crew quick to respond and efficient. The office staff is always helpful and friendly, making sure we are well cared for. Amanda and Karen are always ready to listen and help with whatever. I love to enjoy our setting as I watch the sunset after work, especially as families walk to and from the pool in hot months. This is a community. Always feels like home!

This place is very poorly maintained and unpleasant. Trash bins are often overflowing, and there is a strong garbage smell around the property. The area is dirty, and there are frequently dog droppings left around, which makes it uncomfortable to walk around. Overall, the environment feels neglected and not properly managed. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. Please be extremely careful and read your lease agreement in detail — there are many unexpected charges, and it feels like they are always looking for ways to take more money. The apartment itself was not in good condition. It was not properly cleaned before move-in, and overall maintenance seems to be neglected. The property looks worn out and in need of serious repairs. We moved into this apartment complex in 2025 from another state and, unfortunately, had no chance to see the unit in person beforehand. We chose this place solely because of its proximity to our child’s school — and that turned out to be a huge mistake. When we arrived, we were shocked. The apartment was in terrible condition: everything looked worn out, badly repainted, and poorly maintained.
