This place is very poorly maintained and unpleasant. Trash bins are often overflowing, and there is a strong garbage smell around the property. The area is dirty, and there are frequently dog droppings left around, which makes it uncomfortable to walk around. Overall, the environment feels neglected and not properly managed. Definitely not a place I would recommend.
I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. Please be extremely careful and read your lease agreement in detail — there are many unexpected charges, and it feels like they are always looking for ways to take more money. We moved into this apartment complex in 2025 from another state and, unfortunately, had no chance to see the unit in person beforehand. We chose this place solely because of its proximity to our child’s school — and that turned out to be a huge mistake. When we arrived, we were shocked. The staff provided excellent service; they were very kind, helpful, and patient. They explained the entire moving process to me. I lived here for two years and have no complaints about the staff. They were always ready to help with any questions or needs we had.
All amenity spaces are clean and bright! Staff is very knowledgeable and professional
