Deceitful and greedy. Gives estimate, then charges more than original estimate when done. Parts looked horrible, locks didn't look fresh, frizz everywhere. I see why she tries to keep her door locked. She is clearly crooked and afraid someone is going to retaliate due to ripping many people off. Will never return to this place. Very disappointed. They also speak mostly French instead of English in front of English speaking clients, that is very rude.
As a OTR Truck Driver, I called Ms Ma'a E on Friday evening. I told her that I would be in San Antonio on Saturday morning and ask if I could make an appointment. She booked me right away for 1030am the next day on Saturday,. . .Washed, conditioned, and Re-Twisted my locs and for a very reasonable price! I would go back anytime im rolling through San Antonio!

DO NOT get loc extensions from them. Respectfully it was a horrible job now that I’m more informed. I got loc extensions for like 130 locs and paid over $1000. I was inexperienced with extensions at first but noticed a lot of the connection points were very weak and a few fell out after 2 weeks. I didn’t wash my hair for a month as instructed.
