Again, I would like to stress the danger, harm, the lack of compassion, and the greed MAA represents by forcing their properties to open the doors to their leasing office without setting up the necessary social distancing barriers. These clients are currently allowed to come face to face, sitting at the desk of the helpless employee. Been living here coming on 5 years. I am giving a 1 star because that is lowest it will allow. As far as the building, amenities and location no complaints. When it comes to any communication with the leasing office, omg it is sick and pathetic. For some reason I do not understand, they believe everyone is just a nuisance.
I am a resident that was trapped in an elevator with a small child at the property in between two floor levels. Safety help buttons within the elevator were not operational after several safety button attempts. I was able to get some service on my low battery phone within the elevator to dial 911. Most corrupt apartment management
Have been living in this apartment since last 5 years and had a good time staying here earlier before Post Crossing - Dunwoody (Post Properties) was taken over by MAA Communities. Specially, we are really having a bad time since last 1 month. I changed my apartment within the community. The new apartment was handed over to us late !!! and apartment was handed over to us half baked. It has kitchen renovated but the final touches were not proper. The carpet has nails coming out.
