My father speaks no English and went and found this company because they are located near him and he didn't have to use a phone. They did send someone out and initially seemed helpful but then when the job seemed minor, they took more than a week to generate an estimate, for which I had to call multiple times to get. Then when I tried to schedule a time for them to actually do the work, they couldn't commit to a time. They said they only bunch small jobs together and it could be a day or a 2 weeks. The repairs were effective... reasonably priced
We hired Tom and crew for our roof after a tornado. He came out fast to secure the roof with a tarp. He worked with our insurance and us and gave us a very fair price. He also helped to get chimney and siding contractors to repair other damage. The roof turned out great!!! We couldn't be happier. Fair and honest. Highly recommend.
