10/10. I’ve been coming to M5 for a little over a year now and walk out incredibly happy every-time. I found Trinh on TikTok and have been coming to her ever since. She is very creative and really good at painting different styles. I’m able to find what I want and she hits it out the park every time. So grateful to work with her!

My experience at M5 Adams Morgan was wonderful! There was a bit of a wait before we were attended to despite having an appointment but they were so nice about it. We were given complementary drinks like water and champagne. Sophie took care of me and her attention to detail was stellar! She got my nails down exactly and convinced me to try gel (which I loved) and was so nice throughout. She took her time to explain the prices and the process multiple times and didn’t get irritated. I tried to give this place a chance. I started coming here 4 months ago and first time was exceptional. The experience after that has been dismal. I book online and in advance like everyone else, so I expect not to be rushed. I’ve gotten pedicures done where I have had to tell the tech “you missed a spot” or “aren’t you going to scrub the dead skin”. Disappointed with the booking experience. Their online appointment system is consistently inaccurate. I booked a slot that was actually available online and confirmed, only to be told at arrival they didn’t have anyone available to do the hybrid gel, and no one reached out to confirm or explain. On top of that, communication was poor and unprofessional from the guy who communicates via text with the salons number. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I went in on a Saturday for a gel manicure, and by Monday—just two days later—multiple nails had already started chipping. I returned on Tuesday to have it fixed, and instead of redoing the affected nails properly, they just touched up the tips where the chips were.
