I have been training at M4G CrossFit for over five years, and it is easily the best fitness decision I have ever made. This gym is awesome. The coaching is excellent, the programming is challenging but scalable, and the community is honestly the best part. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and pushes each other to improve no matter your fitness level. It’s a place where you actually want to show up every day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great workouts and an even better community.
It was just a few months ago that whenever I was asked to open a jar in my house, I would start sweating profusely. I was unsure if I could even accomplish this basic task of manliness. I knew I had to take action. Now, after joining M4G CrossFit, I can effortlessly open jars. However, I now have to be careful not to crush the entire jar with my bare hands!
