Tried to contact with them by phone, no one picked up the call, and the voice mail box was FULL! The website was not working.

I have been trying to get my 401(k) payout for four months now. They keep saying they are sending the check(s) but it never arrives. I write them every few weeks.. This has been such a bad experience.
I don't leave reviews often, if ever, but this company has been dragging me along for over a month now. The customer service and communication I have received has been subpar at best. My business with this company is fairly basic and should have been resolved over a month ago, but I have yet to receive my distribution and have received discrediting responses about what is going on. I have asked for basic break downs of fees etc or to reissue checks and no one follows up. You will essentially have to check up on these people ... read more
I would give a zero if I could, this company will not distribute my funds, so I can transfer it to my new 401k. DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY, suspicious practices!
