I love going to M2 Nails. It’s very clean and everyone is very talented, nice and professional. I love Shelly who has been working on my nail designs. She’s very detailed and patient.
Unwelcoming and patronizing. Be warned if you are a new or younger customer. My experience with Alice was rude and un-accommodating. To make matters worse, the staff frequently speaks about you in other languages right in front of you. They also actively push customers for 5-star reviews. When I posted my initial feedback, the owner replied by referring to a completely different client and detailing private service matters, clearly assuming my identity and targeting people specifically. Ella was super sweet, but my experience with Alice soured the whole experience. I noticed she tends to patronize younger customers and her and staff is constantly talking in another language back and forth. If you have any kind of anxiety or awkward, Alice is extremely judgemental. Definitely mean girl vibes despite how she tries to portray herself to others. Rude and tiny, confined nail salon.
