Cristina is a great stylist. Her work is a amazing. She is so friendly and I love our conversations. I always look like a million bucks when I leave the salon. All of the staff are so warm & welcoming. The salon is bright and the layout is great. I love the chairs at the hair washing station and the water pressure is amazing. Its the little things. I highly recommend M2.

My critique.. I’m going to be very transparent with my first time experience at this salon. For starters new clients special price is $75. I was charged $85. Note, I did not have a junior hairdresser stylist. The women who managed the front desk was also the shampoo assistant, she did a wonderful job shampooing my hair including a 15 minute head massage. Incredibly expensive, and they're unable to do basic hair color. Over $300, two appointments, and I still don't have what I asked for. To simply get rid of the gray and give me highlights, lighter around the face. I have just bad, dark brown hair everywhere, which will show the gray with no highlights. I just... I don't know how this was so difficult.

I have Been Customer for years, always loved coming back. Michael was my hairstylist here. He would get my Hair done and If was good almost every time. Last Time I was here in June 2025 my hair color was orange ( I normally get blonde balayage highlights). I waited about a week for color to set in and to wash it at least one time to see how it looks, but I was not happy with it right away . And all of my friends that saw me said it was orange.
