Recently I purchased from their on line eBay store. They offered FREE shipping so thought nothing of it and purchased 2 items. Later in the day I got a notification that they cancelled my order. I was stumped so I reached out to them. They said "shipping was too expensive"! That's not my problem. If you offer FREE SHIPPING then you ship no matter what it's costs to satisfy your customer.
