I brought my clogau ring that has a certain alloy mix due to welsh gold thats ridiculously expensive. My friend picked it up and they said they lost money on it..... They didnt listen and torched the setting. They did not have permission to alter the structural design or remove the rare Welsh rose gold filigree accents that makes a clogau piece.
